The Ram Kinkar Shahi Memorial Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We are dedicated to the welfare of underprivileged communities across Bihar and beyond — carrying forward the compassionate vision of the man in whose memory we were founded.
Our work spans education, healthcare, disaster relief, women's empowerment, skill development, and sports — always guided by the belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and care regardless of caste, creed, gender, or region.

Late Shri Ram Kinkar Shahi was a highly respected and influential personality whose life was dedicated to public service, social harmony, and community welfare. A freedom fighter and a visionary leader, he earned the admiration and trust of people from all walks of life through his integrity, wisdom, and commitment to the betterment of society.
Throughout his life, Shri Ram Kinkar Shahi worked tirelessly to unite people beyond the boundaries of caste, religion, and social status. He believed that a strong and prosperous society could only be built through mutual respect, cooperation, and compassion. His home was always open to those seeking guidance, support, or assistance, and he became a trusted figure whom the local community looked upon as a guardian and mentor.
Known for his leadership and selfless nature, he played a significant role in fostering peace, unity, and social development in his region. His ability to bring people together and resolve differences earned him immense respect, and he was regarded by many as the moral and social leader of the community.
Although he passed away in 1999 at the age of approximately 85, his values, principles, and legacy continue to inspire generations. His life remains a shining example of service, humanity, and dedication to the greater good.
The Ram Kinkar Shahi Memorial Foundation has been established to honour his memory and carry forward the ideals he cherished throughout his life. Through initiatives in education, social welfare, community development, and humanitarian service, the Foundation strives to preserve and promote the vision of a society built on unity, dignity, and opportunity for all.
